KAPLAN ACQUIRES EDUNEERING HOLDINGS, INC.,
A LEADING PROVIDER OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
New York, NY, February 15 – Kaplan, Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of educational services, has signed an agreement to acquire EduNeering Holdings, Inc., a top provider of knowledge management solutions that assure regulatory compliance and improve business performance. EduNeering designs and deploys knowledge management solutions for organizations in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, energy and manufacturing sectors. The transaction is awaiting clearance by the Federal Trade Commission.
EduNeering will retain its current management team. It will become part of Kaplan Professional, a provider of education and compliance services in fields such as securities, insurance and real estate.
