Chicago – April 22, 2005 – Kaplan Professional, a division of Kaplan, Inc., today announced that it has completed its acquisition of BISYS Education Services, a prominent provider of licensing education and compliance solutions for financial services institutions and professionals.

Kaplan announced that it signed an agreement to acquire BISYS Education Services on April 7, 2005. 

BISYS Education Services will join the Dearborn group of companies, which are part of Kaplan Professional.  Dearborn provides securities and insurance licensing training and continuing education, as well as comprehensive compliance solutions, to many of the world’s leading financial institutions.
