Jamie McIntosh Named General Manager Of Kaplan Professional's Call Center Solutions Unit
New York/St. Paul, MN - January 28, 2002 -- Kaplan Professional, a division of Kaplan, Inc., has named Jamie McIntosh General Manager of its Call Center Solutions unit, which helps call centers assess, select and recruit effective call center representatives. In this role, McIntosh will oversee the sales and marketing of Selection Advantage™, a proprietary multimedia product that helps call center employers with the difficult task of assessing candidates and making hiring decisions.

Prior to joining Kaplan Professional's Call Center Solutions, McIntosh held a variety of positions at SCORE! Educational Centers, a division of Kaplan, Inc. that provides after-school education to students in grades K-10. In positions including SCORE! Center Director in Los Angeles and SCORE! Senior Director in Chicago, McIntosh oversaw staffing and marketing. Most recently she served as SCORE! Region Manager in Chicago where she was responsible for several centers' profitability and growth. McIntosh received her B.A. in Psychology from Boston University in 1996.
