Dr. Douglas Reeves, author of "Crusade in the Classroom: How George W. Bush's Education Reforms Will Affect Your Child and Our Schools"
(New York -- Feb. 27, 2001) Douglas Reeves, Ph.D. is the president and founder of the International Center for Educational Accountability (ICEA), a non-profit organization that works with governmental organizations and schools in 49 states as well as in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia to improve standards, assessments, and accountability systems. Of particular note is Dr. Reeves' work with Roderick Paige during the Secretary's tenure as Houston's Superintendent.
