Roy L. Lipner Names Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Real Estate Education Comapny, A Kaplan Professional Comapny

Lipner to the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager. Previously, Lipner served as Vice President of the Workforce Development Group at National Computer Systems.

Lipner, age 45, is a proven industry leader with a successful track record of business growth and development. As Vice President, of the Workforce Group at National Computer Systems, Lipner managed the entire sales and marketing operations where he restructured and reorganized the divisions into four defined markets. Prior to joining National Computer Systems, Lipner held executive positions at The McGraw-Hill Companies and Canon, U.S.A. He received his B.A. in International Relations/Management from Florida International University, Miami, Florida, in 1976, and his MBA in Marketing/Management from Southeastern-Nova University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1982.
