Barry Graubart Named Vice President
of Kaplan Professionalís Call Center Solutions Unit
New York (November 16, 1999) Kaplan Professional, a specialized division of Kaplan Educational Centers and a leading provider of educational and training solutions to companies and individuals in the financial services, insurance, real estate, health, law and information technology industries, has named Barry Graubart vice president of its Call Center Solutions unit. Mr. Graubart comes to Kaplan with 15 years of experience in the information, software and new media industries, with particular emphasis on training and assessment products for the call center, financial services and staffing industries.
Prior to joining Kaplan, Mr. Graubart served as vice president of development and operations for QWIZ, Inc., a division of PRIMEDIA, where he led the development of assessment products for the staffing industry. While at QWIZ, he oversaw the launch of their first web-based interactive testing product. Mr. Graubart also served as vice president of product management for Nelson Information, Inc., a leading provider of information products to the institutional investment community.

Mr. Graubart earned his bachelor of arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a member of the New York New Media Association and the American Society for Training & Development.
