Kaplan's Perfect Access Begins National Expansion:
Acquires Chicago-Based Computer Resource Network and Opens Washington, D.C. Office

New York, January 19, 1999 -- Perfect Access Software Training, a leading provider of customized end-user software training and support to law firms, financial institutions and Fortune 500 corporations, has acquired the assets of Computer Resource Network (CRN), Inc., a Chicago-based competitor. The acquisition, along with the recent opening of a Washington, D.C. office, kicks off Perfect Access' expansion into major U.S. markets. Perfect Access is part of Kaplan Professional, a division of Kaplan Educational Centers. Kaplan Professional offers an array of assessment, training, recruitment, and certification services for corporate clients as well as individuals seeking to advance their careers.
